Halal or Kosher Ritual Cattle Slaughter Box
This machine is plug-and-play solution which can be installed in any slaughterhouse in shortest time. It only require power and air supply.
The box is Halal certified by ECC (European Certificate center for Halal).
This non-rotating ritual killing box has been developed in accordance with International Halal organization.
It has strong hydraulic actuators, capable of restraining even the sturdiest bull, in a safe manner which allows for correct Halal slaughter ensuring higher quality meat.
Specifications:
- 250 upto 1000kg animals can be slaughtered.
- All restraining devices are hydraulically operated for maximum power and control.
- Pneumatic guillotine ejection door.
- Hydarulic pump installed on the unit.
- Manual analogue controls attached to the box.
- Extra control for the rear pusher attached to the backside of the box.
- Main power switch with manual button and timer for adjustable shut off time for box.
- Can be supplied with longer hydraulic hoses for installation of pump or controls in other locations.
Larger box can be build as per request (higher, wider, longer, or any combination of those) depending on the requirements of the customer. It must be taken into account though that while making it bigger allows for larger animals to be loaded, it also becomes harder to restrain the smaller animals. Depending on the size of the animals machine can be build according to specs.
